About Me

Hello gorgeous! 

My name is Krystal Spaulding, and I am a certified Life Purpose Coach, wife and mother, and self-love enthusiast. 

I spent many years silencing my own dreams with one “valid” reason or another, because I was disconnected from myself and truly did not believe they were possible. 

One such dream I had convinced myself was not for me was becoming a life coach, I just wrote it off as the musings of a teenage mind. 

Then one day I woke up and realized that I had been sleepwalking through life. 

I measured my success based on what my family and others would deem worthy. 

I gave 110% of my energy to my job and my people, the problem was I had nothing left for me. 

This resulted in many days spent numbing on the couch with TV and food, with a mental soundtrack of self-loathing for background music. 

I looked around at the life I had built and realized that I was not fulfilling me, and so began my journey back to myself. 

Now I am living the dreams that I have had since adolescence, and helping other women find their empowered selves underneath all the bullshit that life has piled on top of them. 

I walk hand in hand with my clients to guide them on the journey they have been craving for years. 

Teaching them how to uncover hidden potential, cheering them on while they rebuild their self-love muscle, and rewriting the old narrative that has lived rent-free in the back of their minds for most of their lives so they can show up with confidence and create the life they deserve.
